If you are seeing random pop-up ads and web page redirects within browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome, then your computer may be infected
with an adware or a potentially unwanted program.
The adware infections typically added when you install any free software (video players, download-managers or PDF creators) that had bundled the adware programs into their installation.
When an adware program is installed on your computer, whenever you will open a new tab within Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome, an ad will pop-up with fake notification. Other
common symptoms include:
Adware can slow down your PC. It can also slow down your Internet connection by downloading advertisements. Sometimes programming flaws in the adware can make your computer unstable.
Advertising pop-ups can also distract you and waste your time if they have to be closed before you can continue using your PC.

STEP 1 : Uninstall the program responsible for the pop-up ads
To uninstall a program from Windows 7, Windows 8 or 8.1, Windows 10 use the keyboard shortcut “Windows + R” and open a Run box.
Type appwiz.cpl and click on OK
The malicious program may have a different name on your computer. To view the most recently installed programs, you can click on the “Installed On” column to sort your program by the installation
date. Scroll through the list, and uninstall any unwanted or unknown programs.
STEP 2 :Scan the computer using Microsoft Safety scanner
Download and install Micorosft Safety scanner from below download link. Or you can scan the computer using the Antivirus software installed in computer ( Norton, AVG, Webrootetc)
Restart the computer after the scan.
STEP 3 :Make sure that computer is up to date by installing Windows updates.
To install the updates from Windows 7, Windows 8 or 8.1, Windows 10 use the keyboard shortcut “Windows + R” and open a Run box.
Type wuapp and click on OK
Check for new updates and install the available important updates.
Note: If the issue is still not fixed, it can be a very critical problem with your computer. Windows registry and System files affected. It needs a manual removal and recommended to be performed by an expert.
